When you arrive at the airport, a driver will be waiting outside of the terminal to greet you and take you to your accommodation, the Blue Kotor Bay Premium Spa Resort. This premium resort and health complex offers a tranquil atmosphere, peace, and relaxation, with meticulously decorated and furnished rooms, a hotel restaurant, aperitif bar, wellness center, and professional staff dedicated to creating the most exceptional memories and leisure experiences for its guests.
In the afternoon, we will take a guided tour of Kotor’s Old town. We will walk through the winding medieval streets, markets, and picturesque city squares, discover landmarks and churches, visit the Maritime Museum and the Museum of the 9th century Cathedral of St. Tryphon, learn about Montenegrin traditions, heritage, culture, and rich history, and visit the KotorArt Festival offices and venues.
Our Old Town walking tour will end at the charming, family-run restaurant Cesarica, operated by local fishermen who bring in fresh catches every day from the bay area. Tucked away down a quiet, cobbled lane in the town, Cesarica provides a genuine taste of Kotor’s daily life and is renowned for its food prepared with care by family chefs, with the mussels and squid being particularly delectable. Here, we will have our Welcome Dinner with the directors of the KotorArt International Festival.
